Booking Meeting Spaces in Pathways
- Torch (102A), Trumpet (102B), Spark (105), and Beacon (204) are all booked through the Pathways Center request form. (Please don't contact staff directly to arrange a reservation.)
- Submitting the form doesn't guarantee the space; you'll get a confirmation email once it's approved.
- Rooms can't be accessed before 7:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m., and no signage or decorations may be attached to walls, ceilings, floors, or fixtures.
- Catering and outside vendors are arranged by you directly—Pathways only handles in-room AV.
- There's no penalty for canceling, though 72 business hours' notice is appreciated.
- Student organizations must book through a faculty or staff sponsor.
219 - Catalyst
Capacity: Seats 12–16 at a fixed conference table, with additional seating or space for bags on the built-in banquette.
Best for: Larger team meetings, workshops, presentations and hybrid calls.
Technology: PC, video conferencing and HDMI.
The most fully equipped small-group room in the building, offering flexibility for a range of meeting and presentation needs.
204 Beacon
Capacity: Seats up to 6.
Best for: Small-group meetings, hybrid calls, working sessions and recurring team meetings.
Technology: Video conferencing and HDMI.
Functionally identical to Spark, this room is a reliable, consistent option for teams that want a straightforward meeting setup.
105 Spark
Capacity: Seats up to 6 at a fixed conference table.
Best for: Small team check-ins, 1:1s, focused working sessions and hybrid meetings.
Technology: Video conferencing and HDMI.
A compact, fully equipped room designed for focused conversations, screen-sharing and smaller working sessions.
102A - Torch
Capacity: Seats 8 at the table, with additional seating for a few observers or guests.
Best for: Interviews, small trainings, department meetings, presentations and hybrid meetings.
Technology: In-room PC, video conferencing, 75" display, HDMI connection through the podium and whiteboard wall.
A presentation-ready meeting room designed for groups that need to present, share screens or include remote participants.
102B - Trumpet
Capacity: Seats up to 8 at the table.
Best for: In-person team meetings, small workshops, presentations and breakout sessions alongside Torch.
Technology: 75" display, HDMI connection through the podium and whiteboard wall. No in-room PC.
A flexible meeting room for groups bringing their own devices. Presenters and virtual attendees will need to connect through a laptop.
