Important notes

  • Torch + Trumpet (102AB), Café (215), and Library (221) are all booked through the Pathways Center request form.
  • Submitting the form doesn't guarantee the space; you'll get a confirmation email once it's approved.
  • Rooms can't be accessed before 7:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m., and no signage or decorations may be attached to walls, ceilings, floors, or fixtures.
  • Catering and outside vendors are arranged by you directly — Pathways only handles in-room AV.
  • There's no penalty for canceling, though 72 business hours' notice is appreciated.
  • Student organizations must book through a faculty or staff sponsor.

The largest event space in the building, formed by combining Torch + Trumpet. The room has 8 tables and a supply of chairs on hand to reconfigure across four layouts depending on group size and format.

All layouts include two 75" displays (podium must be connected for HDMI input), two countertops, an additional seating area, and dual exits (hallway and lounge).

A flexible gathering space suited to receptions, informal meetings, and community events. Includes a full kitchen counter for self-serve refreshments and a separate lounge seating area, giving groups room to mix formal seating with casual conversation.

A lounge-style room suited to informal meetings, casual conversations, and independent work rather than presentation-driven events.

Sofa and armchair seating around a coffee table makes this space ideal for informal small-group discussions.
