Felicia Warren is a skilled public health practitioner with 20 years of proven leadership and management expertise in clinical, community, faith-based, and academic settings. She is a first-generation college graduate and the daughter of two U.S. Army veterans. Her passion for serving vulnerable, underserved populations has taken her to sub-Saharan Africa, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia to strengthen health systems and address complex public health challenges, including HIV/AIDS, Ebola, COVID-19, and other infectious diseases.

Dr. Ronald E. Hunter, Jr. is a distinguished analytical chemist with 15 years of experience in the public, private, and academic sectors. As Senior Scientist of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls at Cardinal Health, Dr. Hunter serves as a global regulatory consultant, overseeing post-approval drug submissions to health authorities for top brands in global markets.

Ninetta Violante is the Fire Marshal and Assistant Chief of the City of Decatur Fire Department. She is one of three women in the entirely female staff and is a trailblazer of diversity in the field. Chief Violante oversees fire inspections, fire investigations, and fire and life safety plan reviews. She also assists with special needs projects, inter and intra-departmental work, ISO review, budgeting, policy review, and development assistance. She has completed certification as a Fire Officer, Chief EMS Officer, and Fire Marshal with CPSE. She is certified by the National Association of Fire Investigators and the International Association of Arson Investigators.
