Keisha (Edwards) Hunt is the President and CEO of Metas Solutions, LLC. Metas is an 8(a) certified, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) with headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Metas provides consulting and advisory services to the federal government, primarily the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Prior to founding the company, Keisha spent over a decade in public sector consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton and PricewaterhouseCoopers Public Sector (now Guidehouse).

MelanieZhao is an Associate in BlackRock Portfolio Management Group. She is a Software Engineer focusing on designing and building applications that acquire, manage, and deliver alternative data for investment teams in PMG. Before joining BlackRock, Melanie was a Software Engineer/Data Scientist in NCR, worked on data processing, model research, server-less cloud transformation, and architecture design. She is dedicated to applying machine learning technologies to real-life business, and productizing innovations. Melanie received both her B.A in Computer Science and M.S in Computer Science from Emory University.

Kadeem Trimble is an emerging tech leader who sets out to cultivate the synergy between community and technology. He is currently a Solutions Architect in the Ads Shopping sector at Google, where he serves as the technical, strategic relationship manager with Google’s largest clients. Kadeem holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Science from Emory University and is finishing up his M.B.A. at Georgia Tech.

Rafi Norberg 22MBA
President, Nexus Marketing

Rafi Norberg is a seasoned digital marketing professional with a passion for helping mission-driven brands establish a strong online presence. As the President of Nexus Marketing, Rafi leads a team dedicated to turning online platforms into tangible business assets for their clients.

Nexus Marketing stands out in the nonprofit sector, leveraging relationships with various organizations, bloggers, and influencers to maximize client exposure in niche online spaces.

Prior to his role at Nexus, Rafi garnered extensive experience as a management consultant at Deloitte’s US consulting practice. Here, he honed skills in project management, data analytics, and advanced modeling, helping businesses across sectors enhance their organizational efficiencies and articulate the impact of internal initiatives.

A graduate of Emory University, Rafi holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Political Science. His academic journey also saw him play an instrumental role in overseeing university-wide concerts and dedicating his summers to running an educational sailing program in the Washington, D.C. area.

Ron Alston 
SVP/Not-For-Profit & Government Banking Team Leader, Truist Financial

Ronald E. Alston is the Georgia Not-For-Profit & Government Banking Leader for Truist Financial Corp.  In this role, he leads the team of commercial bankers that provide banking services to not-for-profit organizations in the educational, charitable, social service and cultural sectors as well as municipalities within the state of Georgia.  Prior to this role, Mr. Alston served as the Atlanta Market President for Truist, leading a team of commercial bankers that worked with private companies with annual revenues of $5-75 million across many sectors. 

Previously, he was a senior vice president, Not-for-Profit & Government Banking at SunTrust Bank. In this role he managed the banking relationships of not-for-profit organizations.  He advised clients on their credit, treasury, deposit and investment needs to help them meet their financial goals.  Prior to that role, Mr. Alston was a Credit Risk Manager in SunTrust’s Corporate & Investment Banking Division with geographic responsibility over the Northeast and Southeast regions and industry responsibility over the Insurance industry.  Mr. Alston began his banking career with SunTrust in 1987 progressing from management trainee to various positions before assuming the Credit Risk Management role.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Alston earned his B.B.A. in finance from Northeastern University and his M.B.A. also in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

An active community volunteer, Mr. Alston serves on the boards of Drew Charter School (Past Board Chair), the YMCA of Metro Atlanta, the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta,   Partners for Home and the Georgia Social Impact Collaborative.  He is a 2008 graduate of Leadership DeKalb and a 2018 graduate of Leadership Atlanta.   He and his wife Stacey are the parents of three grown sons.
