Dr. Donya L. Sartor is a Georgia native that has lived in the City of Jonesboro for 15 years. Dr. Sartor is currently serving her first term on the council. She has worked in the field of education for over 25 years and currently works as a Sales Consultant with a Learning Science company.

State Representative Becky Evans, (D- House District 89), proud wife, mother of 3, retired healthcare industry executive, non-profit co-founder, and DeKalb public schools volunteer, is finishing her third term in the Georgia Legislature. She is known for championing: public education, especially in improving the literacy rates of all Georgians; environmental protection and conservation, and moving Georgia towards a clean energy economy; common-sense gun safety laws, to protect the lives of our children and decreasing senseless, preventable gun violence; and an increase in access to high quality affordable housing for Georgians, because “housing is healthcare”.

Kaleigh Emerson 10PH
Program/Policy Lead, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services

Kaleigh Emerson is a social worker and public health professional serving as Program/Policy Lead at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She leads the Inpatient Psychiatric Facility Quality Reporting Program, which works to improve the quality of inpatient behavioral health care through data-driven policymaking and transparency.

Kaleigh began her federal career as a Presidential Management Fellow and has also worked in academic, health system, and community settings. She is a 2010 graduate of Rollins School of Public Health and currently serves on the Emory Alumni Board.

Lane Frostbaum 86C 89L

Lane R. Frostbaum is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia and various federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1989, following a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, summa cum laude, from Emory in 1986. Frostbaum has served as Chairman of the Sandy Springs Planning Commission and as a member of the Sandy Springs Board of Appeals. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and its Construction Law Section, as well as Temple Emanu-El.

Stephanie Frostbaum 90L

Stephanie, an Emory Law School graduate, works closely with Emory donors to help them achieve their philanthropic goals. At Emory, Stephanie’s strategic focus is on increasing the quality and quantity of planned and blended gifts. Stephanie joined Emory's Office of Gift Planning in 2005, coming to Emory from Wachovia Wealth Management, where she was a Vice President and Estate and Wealth Strategist.

Stephanie practiced law as a Tax and Estate Planning Attorney for ten years in New York and Atlanta. She is a member of the state bars of New York, Connecticut and Georgia. Stephanie has been on the board of the Georgia Planned Giving Council since 2007 and served as President. Stephanie lectures on estate and gift planning as well as philanthropic strategies. A native of New York City, Stephanie received her B.A. from Boston University. Stephanie’s husband, Lane, and their children Cameron and Sophie are all proud Emory Alumni.

Melia Haile, MPH, CHES is a Public Health Advisor with the Division of Healthcare Quality and Promotion within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Previously, she worked in public health preparedness and epidemiology with the Florida Department of Health. Ms. Haile holds a Master of Public Health from Emory University and is a certified health education specialist.

Experienced in university admissions and advancement, Beth is an award-winning writer and exceptional communicator with extensive experience in public speaking and teaching.

She is also an attorney with multifaceted experience in corporate litigation, criminal prosecution as an assistant district attorney, and teaching with past faculty positions at top law schools.

Clinical Director of DataQuest L.L.C. Clinical Research Center supervising pharmaceutical industry sponsored trials of new therapies in the field of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Physician leader in Metro Atlanta currently serving as Section Chief Department of Allergy & Immunology Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Scottish Rite Campus and as Past President of The Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society of Georgia.
