Kim Molee
Kim Molee joined Emory in 2004, and supported undergraduate students as a career and academic advisor in the Goizueta Business School and later as an Associate Director in the Career Center. In her current role, she prepares pre-health undergraduates for healthcare professions as the Director of Pre-Health Advising (PHA). She frequently connects with admissions professionals, alumni, and healthcare providers, to fully understand the needs of the healthcare industry, and to convey those needs and competencies to our students.
Molee provides oversight and leadership for Pre-Health programs and staff with the goal of enhancing services and support for Emory students seeking healthcare careers. In addition, she has research experience in educational policy implications and advocacy for educators. As a counselor educator, her passion is helping students in all aspects of academic, career and personal development.
Originally from New Jersey, Molee earned both her Bachelor and Masters’ degrees in Psychology and Counseling from The College of New Jersey. After completing a PhD in Counselor Education from the University of Georgia, she taught undergraduates in the areas of psychology, human development, and behavioral science research methods. She currently teaches orientation seminars to incoming Emory students, and works closely with faculty, alumni and students.
